Ambassador Designation Ceremony
Since 2005, after being designated as Kyoto Prefecture Honorable Ambassador, I have been working on strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and Japan through various activities, including diplomatic and cultural activities (such as hosting language exchange courses, Vietnamese cuisine courses, culture exchange courses etc.). I am striving for breaking down the language and cutural barrier between the two nations.
Through these activities, I hope I can let more people know about my home country Vietnam as well as promote the relationship between Vietnam – Japan and other countries.

- Japan Tent Ambassador (2008/08)
JAPAN TENT is one of the biggest international exchange event in Japan which is held in Ishikawa Prefecture every year, receiving attention and participation of over 300 foreign students and researchers of hundreds of nationalities all over the world. In the 2008 JAPAN TENT, I was proud to be designated as Japan Tent Ambassador, and became one of five representatives from 300 participants which gave me the chance to make a presentation introducing about my country Vietnam to the world.

- “Japanese songs – Vietnamese songs, International exchange Concert” (held at Kyoto International Community House, 2009/10/04). Organized by Japan-Vietnam Cultural Exchange Project (NPO). I participated in this international exchange concert as an organizer, a performer and a MC.
- Planner and performer of MOT THOANG QUE HUONG Vietnam-Japan International Exchange Concert (Concert “Motherland”) hold at Kyotanabe City Central Community House（2010/05/23）
- Introducing about APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) at Kyoto International Stage, organized by Kyoto Prefectural International Center & JICA Osaka (2010/10)
- MC and planner of “Vietnam Bamboo Concert”- a Vietnamese traditional music performance of TRE VIET family band, hosted by Kyoto Prefectural International Center (KPIC)
- Planner of Vietnamese Food Stall “Saigon Buffet” in Open Day, hosted by Kyoto City International Community House （2010/11).

大使任命式
2005年、京都府名誉友好大使に任命後、外交・文化交流活動を中心に様々な活動を通して、日越友好関係の強化および今後の一層の発展に寄与する役割を担っています。
文化交流推進活動の一つとして、ベトナム関連講座 （語学、料理、文化紹介講座など）を実施し、ベトナムのことをより多くの日本人の方々に知ってもらうため、ベトナム文化の親しみを感じてもらうため、このような文化交流場の開催に努力しています。その他、日越通訳・翻訳活動 などを通して両国間の言語の壁をはずし、日越がお互いにより一層深く理解できるよう、様々な分野にわたって 活躍中です。

- Japan Tent 大使任命（ 2008年08月）
石川県の例年イベントとして、全国300人以上の各国からの留学生・研究生が参加する、一週間日本文化を体験したり交流を深めたりする最大交流会である。2008年のジャパンテントでジャパンテント大使に任命し、300人参加者の5人代表の中の一人で母国および日本に対する感想を述べる機会があった。
- 国際交流推進プランにおいてオブザーバーとして京都府庁で行われた検討委員会に参加（ 2009年07月）
- Ms TON NU THI NINH （トン・ヌー・ティ・ニン）、元ベトナム国民議会外務委員会副委員長、が京都でのセミナーへのご出席の際、出迎え・通訳・案内役を担当 （2009年9月）
- 在大阪ベトナム総領事館・移転開会式に参画・参加（ 2009年09月04日）
現在、あらゆるな面で日本・ベトナム友好関係がますます発展しており、そこで仕事の都合がより良くなるため、在日本のベトナム代表機関として、総領事館はより大きくて便利なオフィスが必要であることから、新ロケーション（堺）に移ったそうである。写真はHUNG領事、タン副領事、関西日越友好協会のMr 釘本と。
- 駐日ベトナム特命全権大使 NGUYEN PHU BINH （ゲン・フ・ビン）の大阪市表敬訪問での通訳（2011年10月）。

- 日本の歌 ベトナムの歌 交流コンサート（京都市国際交流会館、2009年10月04日）
音楽を通して日越交流を深める目的で、NPO日本ベトナム文化交流プロジェクトの主催で行われた大規模の交流コンサートへ、京都ベトナム留学生青年会副会長として参画、また、出演・司会も担当した。
- 日越交流コンサート「ベトナムを味わう一瞬」MOT THOANG QUE HUONG（京田辺市立中央公民館、2010年05月23日）
京田辺市国際交流協会の主催で行われた日越交流コンサート。ベトナム音楽を紹介し異文化理解を深める交流プログラムである。その計画を担当し、在京都ベトナム留学生青年会および大阪・滋賀からの学生と出演した。
- 京都国際ステーション（主催：京都府国際センター、JICA大阪）において、アジア太平洋経済協力（APEC)の周知活動に協力（2010年10月）
- 京都府国際センターで開催された、TRE VIET ファミリーバンドによる竹や石でできた楽器を用いたベトナム伝統音楽の演奏「ベトナム・バンブー・コンサート」で、通訳と司会担当 （2010年10月）
- ベトナム料理を紹介する「サイゴン食堂」屋台の計画・出店 （2010年11月）
- 京都市国際交流協会主催の「ほっこり BOOK カフェ」にて国際理解を促進 （2011年4月）
- 国立京都国際会館で開催された「感謝の夕べ ２０１１－ベトナムの風を感じて」において、アオザイ・ファッションショーに出演し、誇りのベトナム女性伝統衣装であるアオザイを紹介（2011年08月）。Click here to read blog.
